Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Washington, NC. The Service Manager will lead daily operations of the service department, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient repair processes. Responsibilities include overseeing service technicians, scheduling maintenance and repair jobs, maintaining high safety standards, and ensuring customer inquiries are addressed promptly. The Service Manager will also manage inventory and ensure proper documentation of services performed, promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence across the team.

- Knowledge and experience in equipment maintenance, repair processes, and diagnostics
- Proficiency in scheduling, quality control, and workflow process management
