Childcare Operations & Leadership Opportunity at Bright Harbor in Bentonville, AR!

We are seeking a Center Director who will focus their efforts on operational consistency, staff support, and family experience. This position is suited for an early childhood professional who enjoys coaching teams, maintaining strong program standards, and contributing to a positive, well-run center environment.

This role works in partnership with regional leadership and requires a hands-on approach, balancing administrative responsibilities with day-to-day support on the floor.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, with flexibility based on center needs

Salary Range: $50,000–$60,000 annually (plus generous bonus eligibility).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in ECE or a related field.
• Prior experience leading teams in a licensed childcare setting required.
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• This role supports daily center operations while ensuring alignment with licensing regulations and organizational standards.
• Responsibilities include assisting with staffing needs by participating in interviews, onboarding coordination, and schedule planning to maintain appropriate coverage.
• The position also contributes to enrollment stability through participation in tours, family engagement, and local outreach efforts.
  
  

Physical Requirements: The ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds is required.
