Work Location: Corporate Office
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Weekly Accounts Receivable Receipting & Daily Check Scanning
- Weekly Accounts Payable
- Bank Reconciliations
- Scanning items needed into the month end folders
- Credit Card Receipt Reconciliation
- Assist with other tasks as needed by the Senior Controller and Other Accountants
Education/Experience:
- College level coursework
- Pursuit of a 4-year Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Accounting
- Candidates must be (at a minimum) in their Sophomore year or higher
- The individual must have completed (or is currently enrolled in) an intermediate Accounting / Financial course
- Must be comfortable with Microsoft Word & Excel
- Data entry competencies required
- Basic accounting skills required
- Strong deadline orientation and strong organization skills required
Schedule:
- A minimum of at least 15 hours per week, up to 25 hours per week
- Summer hours are a must; we expect the minimum hours of at least 25 hours per week during this season
- Schedule is flexible
