This position will perform data entry and filing of vendor invoices on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Create vouchers for vendor invoices/credit memos.
- Utilize OnBase and the PeopleSoft ERP system to process vouchers for vendor invoices and credit memos.
- Scanning documents.
- Receive, prepare, arrange, and scan all incoming vendor invoices into OnBase/Verifier when needed.
- Processing incoming mail daily.
- Open and distribute incoming mail when needed.
- Assist with check-handling and distribution tasks when needed.
- Including check sealing and distribution, as well as researching and resolving returned payments.
- Perform other miscellaneous accounts payable tasks as needed.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
- Previous internship, or coursework in Accounting, is a plus.
$16.00/hr
