What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist position at Preferred Rehabilitation?
We are seeking a Michigan licensed Physical Therapist to join our dynamic outpatient physical therapy clinic where patient care is the top priority. The Physical Therapist is to provide complete comprehensive therapy evaluations and other documentation, develop treatment plans based on evaluation findings, and provide the patient with education needed for exercises. The Physical Therapist collaborates with case managers and physicians for coordination of care.
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
