Preferred Property Cleaning is a growing home services company serving Phoenix, the West Valley, and surrounding areas. We handle all the sales, marketing, and client scheduling — then we send the work to skilled independent contractors like you. We're looking for experienced cleaners who take pride in their work and want consistent jobs without the headache of finding their own clients.
INTERIOR CLEANING IS OUR TOP PRIORITY RIGHT NOW. We are actively hiring and looking to get the right person started quickly. Pressure washing and commercial cleaning experience is a strong plus.
- Pay: $25-$35 /hr effective
- Job type: Independent Contractor (1099)
- Schedule: You set your own hours
- Experience required: 1 year minimum
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Interior cleaning (priority hire - hiring now)
Standard cleans, deep cleans, move-in/move-out, recurring maintenance, Airbnb turnovers. This is our most immediate need and we are looking to get the right person started fast.
Exterior and pressure washing (strong plus)
House soft washing, driveway and concrete pressure washing, gutters, windows. We have exterior projects in the pipeline and candidates with both skills move to the top of our list.
Light commercial cleaning (coming soon)
Office spaces, storefronts, and light commercial properties. We will be expanding into commercial work soon. Mention your experience and we will keep you in mind.
WHAT WE OFFER

REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience (interior required, exterior a plus)
- Knows how to properly use cleaning tools, products, and supplies for each surface type
- Comfortable using a smartphone scheduling and job management app (training provided)
- Your own supplies and equipment
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Phoenix and the West Valley
- Valid tax ID and authorization to work in the US (1099 contractor)
- General liability insurance, or willing to obtain before first job (we can point you in the right direction)
BONUS POINTS
- Experience with deep cleans, move-in/move-out, or Airbnb/short-term rental turnovers
- Pressure washing or soft washing experience (house wash, driveway, gutters, windows)
- Light commercial or office cleaning experience
- Verifiable Google reviews or client references
- Solo or team, both welcome
