About the Role

Spite Zone is hiring independent contract drivers to run scheduled delivery routes for our Spite Sprites experiential delivery service. You'll drive your own vehicle on set routes, working alongside a Sprite (our on-the-ground delivery talent) to complete scheduled stops. On certain routes, you'll also serve as a support presence for the Sprite during deliveries that involve boundary-setting or the possibility of confrontation — this is not a security job, but composure and a steady presence matter.

Schedule

• Two shift blocks available: 10am–2pm and 2pm–6pm
• All routes begin and end at SPITE HQ (Thunderbird & Cactus area), regardless of where you live in the Phoenix metro
• Mileage pay is calculated round trip, HQ to HQ
• Up to 12 routes available across the week (AM and PM combined)
• 4–6 deliveries per route
• Each route is its own contract — select available shifts as they open
• No minimum commitment; take as many or as few routes as are open and fit your availability

Pay Structure

• $22–$30 per delivery, plus mileage
• 4–6 deliveries per 4-hour route
• Delivery pay varies based on delivery type and route
• Mileage is paid on top of per-delivery pay
• Access to our affiliate program for additional earning potential

Appearance & Equipment

• Closed-toe shoes required at all times
• Office casual dress code
• Assigned SPITEZONE Smart Glasses worn during delivery, or SPITE hat with camera mount (contractor's choice)
• Primary job function: transport, escort, and record the Sprite during each delivery

Application Process & Media Consent

• If selected, you'll receive a link to upload a 30–60 second confessional-style video: show us your personality and tell us a little about yourself, in your own words
• As a contractor, you'll be filmed as part of the job — driving, escorting, and appearing in Spite Zone's content and product
• Signing your contractor agreement includes granting Spite Zone the right to film you and use that footage as part of our product

Delivery Documentation

Drivers upload their own film at each stop to complete their side of the delivery. Sprite uploads set the time stamp and trigger the next stop in the app — a delivery isn't considered complete without both.

Requirements

• Minimum age 21 (Arizona rideshare-industry driving age standard)
• Must reside in and be authorized to drive in Arizona
• Valid driver's license, held for at least 1 year
• Current, valid auto insurance in your name or on your vehicle
• Current vehicle registration
• Reliable vehicle in good working condition
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Must pass a background check
• Smartphone required for route and scheduling coordination

This is 1099 independent contractor work. You set your own schedule by selecting available shifts. No employee benefits apply. All contract terms and pay are governed by your signed independent contractor agreement.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
