Evermont Cleaning is looking for professional, dependable independent cleaning contractors to serve residential clients throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.

We handle the marketing, scheduling, customer communication, payment processing, and business operations so you can focus on delivering exceptional cleaning services.

Compensation

• Earn approximately $22–$27 per hour on most jobs
• 50/50 revenue-sharing model
• Contractor receives 50% of every completed cleaning appointment
• Flexible schedule

Minimum Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Smartphone with internet access
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs
• Dependable and detail-oriented

Residential cleaning experience is preferred but not required.

Insurance Requirement

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position, not a W-2 employee position.

Before accepting appointments, contractors must have:

• Active General Liability Insurance
• Proof of insurance

Contractors are responsible for maintaining their own licensing, insurance, and tax obligations.

Equipment & Supplies

Contractors must provide their own:

• Professional vacuum
• Mop
• Microfiber cloths
• Multi-surface cleaner
• Bathroom & kitchen cleaners
• Glass cleaner
• EPA-approved disinfectants
• Toilet brushes
• Trash bags
• Gloves & PPE
• Any additional supplies needed to complete jobs

Green Cleaning appointments require eco-friendly cleaning products.
