Role: Oversee daily nursing activities on one of 13 designated units to ensure high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities: Direct and coordinate nursing staff, adhere to federal, state, and local regulations, and follow facility guidelines. Participate in daily clinical review meetings and monthly Quality Initiative Trainings. Support from the clinical admin team is provided.
Qualifications: Valid PA RN or LPN licensure is required.
Skills: Strong leadership, compliance with healthcare standards, collaborative teamwork, and participation in quality improvement activities.
