Are you an experienced and driven Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a leadership opportunity? We are seeking dedicated RN Unit Directors to oversee and manage nursing operations at a skilled nursing facility in Beaver, PA.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Compensation: $42.50–$45.00/hour, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the nursing team, ensuring high-quality care for all residents.
- Coordinate and manage daily operations of the nursing unit.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to maintain a cohesive and effective team.
- Monitor and address resident care needs promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license in Pennsylvania.
- Proven leadership experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
- Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
