- Providing speech and language therapy in a school setting for K-12 students.
- Conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and delivering targeted therapy.
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and school teams.
- Managing a caseload of approximately 45-55 students across 2-3 school sites.
- Maintaining compliant documentation per district, state, and federal guidelines.
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Kansas state licensure or eligibility.
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
- Experience with pediatric populations and school-based caseload management.
- Strong organizational, collaborative, and therapy planning skills.
- Service delivery through in-person or hybrid models.
- Engaging with students, staff, and families to support communication goals.
- Documentation and compliance with educational and healthcare standards.
