Role: Outpatient Physical Therapist specializing in orthopedic, neurologic, and pelvic health treatments in a clinic setting.
Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat diverse patient caseload, including joint replacements, sprains, spinal conditions, stroke, TBI, MS, Parkinson's, pelvic floor, postpartum care, prosthetic training, and amputee rehabilitation. Utilize techniques such as gait training, mobilization, taping, biofeedback, and functional assessments. Conduct one-on-one sessions, manage approximately 50 patients weekly, and document treatments using AI tools and Prompt EMR system. Provide patient education and support recovery across a broad spectrum of conditions.
Qualifications & Skills: Valid license if applicable. Experience in orthopedic and neurologic care preferred. Familiarity with treatment techniques like McKenzie, NDT, myofascial release, and spinal mobilization is advantageous. Open to candidates with any experience level.
Key Duties: Conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, perform therapeutic interventions, and maintain detailed documentation. No weekend shifts required. Maintain a day shift schedule of 8-hour days, with paid documentation time included.
