- Provide safe, effective, and compassionate inpatient nursing care across medical-surgical units
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Supervise and guide unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care
- Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes
- Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences
- Current IL nursing license
- Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing school; BSN preferred
- BLS/CPR certification
- Minimum one year of inpatient care experience
