- Accurately assesses patients based on their medical condition.
- Administers prescribed medications and provides age-appropriate care.
- Develops and evaluates patient and family education plans.
- Utilizes nursing knowledge to perform treatments and procedures.
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
- Assists physicians with procedures and performs technical skills.
- Addresses psychosocial needs and communicates with social services for discharge planning.
- Practices cost-effective resource management.
- Prioritizes patient safety and promotes lifelong professional development.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Computer literacy.
- RN licensure; BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
- Preferred: ACLS/PALS certifications.
