- assessing patients accurately based on their condition
- administering medications as prescribed
- delivering age-appropriate care and basic self-care support
- developing and evaluating patient and family education plans
- assisting with procedures and performing technical services
- addressing psychosocial needs and coordinating post-discharge care
- promoting safety and cost-effective practices
- prioritizing patient care efficiently.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Computer literacy
- Valid RN licensure
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire
- Preferred certifications include ACLS and PALS
- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
- Commitment to lifelong learning and professional development
