- Supervise and support residents in a residential treatment environment
- Provide encouragement, life-skills coaching, and serve as a positive role model
- Document observations and support treatment plans
- Assist with medication administration, housekeeping, meals, and daily activities
- Transport residents and facilitate educational and life-skills activities
- Respond to emergencies and maintain a safe, confidential environment
- Support residents' recovery goals and foster a structured setting
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
