- Communicate and document patient evaluations, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to meet patient and family needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, medication, and documentation policies, revising care plans based on ongoing evaluations.
- Complete research documentation and maintain required continuing education hours.
- Maintain Basic Life Support certification and participate in mandatory in-services and health screens.
- Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing; RN license in New York State.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least 6 months of experience.
