Responsibilities include: Delivering direct nursing care following established policies and protocols, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, assessing and communicating patient conditions, coordinating multidisciplinary care, executing physician and nursing orders, and assisting with discharge planning to ensure seamless patient transitions.
Qualifications and Skills: Must hold a valid nursing license and certifications including BLS and Advanced Life Support within specified timeframes. The role requires a diploma from an accredited nursing program and compliance with licensure standards. Ability to work with advanced cardiac support devices and procedures is preferred.
