- Assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting patient care in accordance with standards to ensure effective treatment.
- Providing age-appropriate care by applying knowledge of growth and development across the lifespan.
- Developing and modifying individualized care plans aligned with hospital policies and procedures.
- Adhering to all rules and regulations set by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
- Completion of a state-approved RN program.
- Valid Oklahoma RN license.
- BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire.
