- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure operatory cleanliness
- Hand instruments and anticipate procedural needs
- Greet and prepare patients, review medical histories, and provide post-treatment instructions
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments following OSHA and CDC guidelines
- Maintain dental supplies and equipment
- Support administrative tasks like scheduling, billing, and charting as needed
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) preferred
- X-ray certification (required or preferred based on regulations)
- Knowledge of patient management software
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented mindset
- Physical ability to stand or sit for extended periods
