Responsibilities: Lead and develop emergency department teams, improve patient outcomes, and drive operational excellence. Manage budgets, supply chain, and resource allocation. Support growth initiatives to increase patient volumes. Oversee staff hiring, training, evaluations, and engagement to foster a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards, monitor quality indicators, and implement improvement plans. Promote positive physician and patient relations, address service issues, and maintain equipment functionality. Serve on medical staff committees and support policies and procedures development.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Management, or related field; five years of hospital nursing management experience with three years supervisory experience; current Arizona RN license. Preferred: MSN. Strong decision-making, accuracy, communication, and computer skills. Ability to lead, mentor, and manage diverse teams.
