- Monitors patient care quality, tracks service performance, and implements corrective actions as needed.
- Assists in budget development, monitors expenses, and manages resource allocation, including supplies and equipment.
- Ensures regulatory compliance, maintains survey readiness, and handles ethical issues and confidentiality.
- Coordinates staffing, schedules, employee development, and supports staff in skill and leadership growth.
- Participates in committees and special projects, manages departmental performance, and maintains accurate documentation.
- Registered Nurse license, CPR certification, ACLS required.
- 3-5 years of clinical Med/Surg and Telemetry experience, with 2 years of management experience.
- Strong decision-making, accuracy, computer skills, and ability to work under deadlines.
