Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team for long term employment. In this role, you will support the chiropractor in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth operation within the clinic. This position is essential for creating a welcoming environment for patients and assisting with their treatment plans.
Schedule
- Sunday 8:30am-12:30pm and 2:30pm-6:30pm to start
- More hours in the future.
Responsibilities
- Assist the chiropractor during patient treatment by applying Cold Laser therapy and placing patients on and off of therapy. A massage background would be helpful but not necessarily no license necessary.
- Cross trained to help with scheduling of appointments and follow-up visits to ensure optimal patient flow. Hands on trigger point / muscle therapy. No experience necessary will train.
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, greeting patients, and managing office supplies.
- Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for all patients.
Requirements
- Bilingual / Spanish
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding patient service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
