WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE
You start your day ready to help new patients feel at ease as you guide them through their initial consultations. You expertly conduct insight assessments, educate patients about chiropractic care and the benefits of various treatment options, and review X-rays to give them a clear understanding of their path forward. Conversations about financial options are handled with empathy and professionalism, ensuring patients feel supported every step of the way. Each day is dynamic and fulfilling as you play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care while contributing to the smooth flow of the clinic.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A NEW PATIENT CONCIERGE - CASE MANAGER?
We're looking for a highly motivated individual to work:
Monday: 8:00-1:30 & 2:40-7:00
Tuesday: 1:00-7:00
Wednesday: 7:30-12:30 & 2:40-6:00
Thursday: 7:30-12:30 & 2:40-7:00.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Previous medical background
- Comfortable discussing finances with others
Additionally, the ability to navigate challenging conversations with professionalism and exceptional communication skills are a plus!
