Social Worker

Bartley Healthcare is currently looking for a Social Worker to join our team. Bartley is a beautiful 220 bed facility located in Jackson NJ.We are looking for a Social Worker to join the department and work alongside our Director of Social Services.

Social Worker Responsibilities:

• The Social Worker will work with residents in the facility by identifying their psychosocial, mental and emotional needs along with providing, developing, and/or aiding in the access of services to meet those needs. This setting shall provide residents with the highest practical level of physical, mental and psychosocial well-being and quality of life.
  
  
  

Social Worker Experience:

• Work experience in long term care facility (Preferred but not required)
• Bachelors Degree (Required)
• MSW, LSW (Preferred)
