Precision Therapy PLLC is a leading provider of Therapeutic Consultation (TC) services across Virginia, specializing in adult-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Speech-Language Pathology supports under the DD Waiver. We are expanding our team of collaborative clinicians who are passionate about supporting adults with disabilities in building meaningful communication and independence.
As a Speech-Language Pathologist within our Therapeutic Consultation division, you will collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to assess, train, and implement Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems for adults with developmental disabilities. This role is ideal for an SLP who values creativity, autonomy, and community-based service delivery.
You will:
- Conduct AAC assessments and assist teams in selecting appropriate communication systems (e.g., Proloquo2Go, TouchChat, LAMP, TD Snap).
- Provide training and ongoing support to caregivers, residential staff, and day support teams to promote communication across daily environments.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to integrate AAC and functional communication within behavioral and skill-building programs.
- Develop individualized communication plans, visuals, and resources to enhance participation and quality of life.
- Provide on-site and virtual consultation, ensuring accessibility for clients across regions.

- Masterโs Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Active Virginia SLP license
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
