Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team part-time Mondays - Wednesdays. This role involves working at multiple locations as needed, specifically our Harrisonburg locations. This position requires working until 6:30 PM at least 2 days a week. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. If you have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients with a warm and friendly attitude
- Check-in and check-out client efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Handing all scheduling request
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
Experience:
- Previous experience as a front desk agent or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to transcribe messages accurately
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office or similar office software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience in office management or administrative support is beneficial
