Our client is an established industrial service and material handling business with a strong western footprint across Texas, Arizona, the Pacific Northwest, and California. The team is built.
The branches are solid. The customers are sticky, with retention well into the 90s. They are not private equity owned. They are not interested in a turnaround.
They are interested in a player-coach who wants to ride along with reps, coach in the field, run a clean weekly cadence, and push a strong region toward its ceiling.

What you will own
- Regional service revenue attainment and the inspection contract base.
- Weekly pipeline scrubs, activity reviews, and an honest forecast rolled up to the CRO.
- Field ride-alongs with reps. Real-time, specific coaching. Written improvement plans when needed.
- Strategic account engagement alongside the TSR. Customer business reviews.
- CRM discipline and forecasting hygiene at the rep level.
What you bring
- 7 to 10 years of service-related sales management with documented direct-report leadership.
- Forecasting and pipeline discipline. CRM proficiency, NetSuite preferred or Salesforce equivalent.
- Player-coach mindset. Develops people. This team does not need a turnaround.
- Industrial B2B sales background. Credibility on plant floors, in refineries, in chemical plants.
- Comfort with 60 to 75 percent regional travel. Field warrior, not work-from-home.
Location: Houston preferred. Dallas/DFW, Fort Worth, Phoenix, or California considered for the right candidate.
