Machinist

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in tool-and-die fabrication, including 5 years leading CNC mill and lathe cell operations
• Strong expertise in CNC setup and programming, including G-code, M-code, and CAM software (e.g., Mastercam or equivalent)
• Advanced ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD experience working with 3D tool models
• Proficient in the use of precision inspection tools to perform in-process quality control and ensure part accuracy
• Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts across cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety, including active participation in ESH programs and proactive hazard identification
• Hands-on experience machining a wide range of materials, including steels, alloys, aluminum, titanium, superalloys, plastics, composites, and additively manufactured (AM) parts
• Proven ability to train and mentor junior machinists in setup, inspection techniques, and best-practice tooling methods
