Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional manner
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as needed
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems for documents
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently
- Verify patient insurances and submit authorizations
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain office organization through effective time management and prioritization of tasks
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall office efficiency
Experience
- Medical receptionist role: 1 year (Preferred)
- Familiarity with medical authorizations, referrals, and scheduling
Schedule
- Availability to work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 2pm-7pm (Required)
- Availability for coverage on Saturdays 9am-1pm if needed
