Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Chinese Speaking Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is crucial in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, demonstrating a friendly demeanor while managing various administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and patients as they arrive at the front desk.
- Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Handle filing and organization of documents in both physical and digital formats.
- Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Provide support to aides or our clients as needed, including managing patient records.
- Collaborate with another teams.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area for visitors.
Skills
- Strong office management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, is highly desirable.
- Experience as a medical or dental receptionist is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to file documents systematically and maintain organized records.
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure all communications are clear and error-free.
- Familiarity with clerical duties and office equipment is beneficial.
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Bilingual Chinese and English preferred.
- Call center experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize work, and work productively in a team structure, with and without direct supervision.
