Physical Therapy Scheduler

Precision Physical Therapy & Fitness is seeking a bilingual (Spanish and English) Scheduler candidate with excellent customer service skills to work from 7:30am- 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, at our Watsonville location.

About the Role:

As a Physical Therapy Scheduler at Precision Physical Therapy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic. You will be responsible for managing the schedules of our physical therapists and patients, ensuring that appointments are booked accurately and in a timely manner. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will be essential in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care possible. You will work closely with our team of physical therapists and administrative staff to ensure that our clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Proficiency in Google and ability to learn web based scheduling software

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience working in a healthcare or physical therapy setting

Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments for physical therapy sessions, ensuring that appointments are booked accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate with patients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information
• Coordinate with physical therapists to ensure that their schedules are optimized and that they have the necessary information for each appointment
• Maintain accurate records of patient appointments and physical therapist schedules
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including answering phones, responding to emails, and filing paperwork
