Precision Physical Therapy & Fitness is hiring a motivated Physical Therapy Aide to work full-time (30–40 hours per week) in our Scotts Valley Clinic.

Becoming a Physical Therapy Aide is a must-have experience for those seeking to understand how a Physical Therapy office functions from the client experience to the administrative responsibilities of each therapist.
Requirements:
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- Must have completed anatomy or physiology coursework
Tasks include:
- Teaching and guiding patients through exercises in a 1:1 setting
- Collaborating with and learning from two Doctors of Physical Therapy per shift on effective treatment strategy for each patient
- Cleaning and minor maintenance of clinic facilities
- Assisting with administrative tasks in order to ensure efficient billing and an excellent client experience
- Ongoing competency testing and 1:1 client coaching technique training with a Doctor of Physical Therapy
- Client scheduling
