Physical Therapy Aide- Part-time

Precision Physical Therapy & Fitness is hiring a motivated Physical Therapy Aide to work part-time (12–20 hours per week) primarily in our Watsonville Clinic, with flexibility to cover other locations as needed.

Becoming a Physical Therapy Aide is a must-have experience for those seeking to understand how a Physical Therapy office functions from the client experience to the administrative responsibilities of each therapist.

Requirements:

• Bilingual Spanish/English required
• Must have completed anatomy or physiology coursework

Tasks include:

• Teaching and guiding patients through exercises in a 1:1 setting
• Collaborating with and learning from two Doctors of Physical Therapy per shift on effective treatment strategy for each patient
• Cleaning and minor maintenance of clinic facilities
• Assisting with administrative tasks in order to ensure efficient billing and an excellent client experience
• Ongoing competency testing and 1:1 client coaching technique training with a Doctor of Physical Therapy
• Client scheduling
