- Earn 10% – 20% on new contracts
- 7% year-2 renewals

- Top earners can exceed $200,000 - $300,000 annually

We are expanding aggressively and looking for a high-performance Business Development Representative who can open doors, build relationships, and drive revenue by securing contracts with clinics, surgical centers, urgent care centers, laboratories, and hospital systems.
Position Overview
We are looking for a driven, confident, relationship-focused sales professional with experience selling into:
- Hospitals
- Clinics
- Surgical centers
- Laboratories
- Healthcare systems
This role is ideal for someone with a medical device sales, biomedical service sales, or clinical engineering sales background.
Your job is simple:
Find customers.
Build relationships.
Close service contracts.
Drive revenue.
You will be the face of Precision MedLab Services and play a major role in our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and outpatient facilities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline (cold calling, warm calling, in-person visits, referrals, LinkedIn outreach)
- Meet with decision-makers:
- Facility Directors
- Clinic Managers
- Biomedical Managers
- Lab Directors
- Procurement Officers
- Present our service offerings clearly and compellingly
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and service agreements
- Close new customers and secure recurring service contracts
- Attend industry events, medical expos, and networking functions
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules
- Collaborate with the CEO and field engineering team to ensure client satisfaction
Ideal Candidate Profile
MUST HAVE:
- 2 years in healthcare B2B sales
- Experience selling to hospitals, urgent care centers, or labs
- Confidence speaking with directors and decision-makers
- Strong closing ability and follow-up discipline
- Ability to create relationships quickly
- Comfortable walking into clinics and cold-visiting facilities
- Self-motivated and hungry for commission
