You’ll be the first point of contact for CEOs, Founders, Presidents, and HR leaders who are exploring ways to scale their businesses with greater clarity and discipline. Your mission? To introduce organizations to MAP’s proven leadership and management systems and spark conversations that lead to breakthrough performance. In the first 90 days, you will conquer the following:
30-Day Goal: Develop a foundational understanding of MAP’s consulting methodologies and service offerings
Outcome: Establish credibility and confidence with prospects and internal teams
- Complete Trainual onboarding sessions and shadow Executive Consultants in sales and delivery
- Start pipeline by beginning outreach to first 100 CEOs and business owners
60-Day Goal: Begin booking new interviews and managing early-stage relationships
Outcome: Demonstrate traction with key metrics and begin contributing the the pipeline
- Schedule first 4 New Interviews
- Exceed activity expectations
- Launch outreach to another 1,000 Ideal Customer Profile prospects
90-Day Goal: Optimize and scale your outreach and success
Outcome: Drive repeatable, measurable impact across accounts
- Schedule 8 more New Interviews
- Contribute to your first business close
- Exceed activity expectations
- Launch outreach to another 1,000 Ideal Customer Profile prospects
- Provide feedback and insight into improving go-to-market strategy

You thrive in high-stakes conversations with executive-level decision makers. Technical Skills:

You have the confidence to sell into the C-suite and are experienced in overcoming quick objections. You manage your time with discipline, run a clean CRM, and stay focused on leading indicators like pipeline velocity and close rate.
