Job Title: RN – Endocrinology / Nurse Navigator
Location: Massachusetts
Shift/Schedule: Day, 4x10-Hour (07:00 – 17:30)
Position: Contract
Hours: 40 hours/week
Start Date: 04/08/2026
End Date: 13-week contract
Department: Women’s Services – REI
Responsibilities:
- Serve as RN Nurse Navigator for patients in endocrinology and women’s health
- Conduct patient assessments and triage phone calls
- Manage chart preparation, authorizations, referrals, and scheduling
- Administer medications (IM) and manage fertility medication/IVF protocols
- Perform specimen collection and labeling
- Assist with procedures including Pap smears and sterile tray setups
- Provide patient education and follow-up care
- Support office duties including pharmacy calls and disability forms
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
- Previous charge experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of adult patient care and women’s health
Certifications:
- BLS
- ACLS preferred
Work Settings: OB/GYN, Women’s Health
Additional Skills:
- Fertility medication management / IVF experience preferred
- IV starts, universal precautions, patient teaching, biohazard waste disposal
