Responsibilities:
- Provide constructive feedback to athletes to enhance their performance and foster skill development
- Ensure the safety of all participants by adhering to gym policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other coaches to coordinate team and class practices
- Maintain a clean and organized gym environment conducive to learning
Qualifications:
- Previous coaching gymnastics
- techniques, equipment, and safety protocols
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with athletes, parents, and staff
- Ability to demonstrate and teach fundamental gymnastics skills
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques for working with students
