Our recreational gymnastics programs introduce kids to the fundamentals of gymnastics while helping them develop coordination, strength, and teamwork skills — all while having a blast!
Position Overview:
Do you love working with kids and have tons of positive energy? We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and caring individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Gymnastics Coaches! No prior gymnastics coaching experience is necessary — we’ll provide all the training you need. If you’re upbeat, active, and eager to learn, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in teaching beginner-level gymnastics classes for children ages 15 months to 17 years.
- Help demonstrate basic skills like rolls, jumps, and balances.
- Supervise and engage with children in a positive, encouraging manner.
- Support lead coaches with setting up and putting away equipment.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all participants.
- Communicate with children, parents, and staff in a friendly, professional way.
- Participate in ongoing training and development.

No Experience? No Problem!
We’ll provide hands-on training and mentorship to help you feel confident and prepared to work with our athletes.

- Have experience babysitting, teaching, or volunteering with kids.
- Are involved in sports, dance, cheer, or fitness activities.
- Hold (or are willing to obtain) CPR/First Aid certification.
