We're looking for coaches who:
- Have experience coaching girls competitive gymnastics and/or advanced recreational athletes
- Are passionate about developing strong fundamentals and proper technique
- Can motivate athletes while maintaining high expectations
- Communicate well with parents, athletes, and fellow coaches
- Thrive in a positive, team-oriented environment
- Bring energy, creativity, and professionalism to every practice

Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging, safe, and effective team practices
- Coach athletes through skill progressions and meet preparation
- Foster confidence, sportsmanship, and a growth mindset
- Prioritize athlete safety and proper spotting techniques
- Collaborate with management and coaching staff to support program goals
- Build meaningful relationships with athletes and families
Qualifications:
- Previous gymnastics coaching experienced required
- Strong knowledge of skill progressions and athlete development
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and actively coach throughout practices
- Ability to lift at least 20 pounds and safely assist with spotting
- Evening and weekend availability
