PRECISION GCC is a best-in-class multifamily construction management company with 33 years' experience of excellence in our niche. We are seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager with previous experience managing the construction process for a new multifamily build.
Key Responsibilities
Rate of Pay: $20/hour
Hours: M-F, Flexible between 18-35 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Superintendent with daily jobsite operations and coordination
- Help monitor subcontractor work to ensure it follows project plans and specifications
- Conduct site walks with the Superintendent to observe project progress and identify issues
- Assist with tracking daily jobsite activities and preparing daily reports
- Help coordinate material deliveries and site logistics
- Support the Superintendent in maintaining a safe and organized jobsite
- Assist with quality control checks and documenting completed work
- Help maintain project documentation, including photos, logs, and field notes
- Assist with punch list preparation and follow-up
- Observe and assist with jobsite meetings and subcontractor coordination
- Help track construction progress against the project schedule
- Support general field administrative tasks and project coordination
- Learn construction site management and field supervision practices
- Gain experience reading construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Develop understanding of construction sequencing and subcontractor coordination
- Learn jobsite safety standards and compliance requirements
- Observe how Superintendents manage schedule, quality, and field communication
