PRECISION GCC is a best-in-class multifamily construction management company with 33 years' experience of excellence in our niche. We are seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager with previous experience managing the construction process for a new multifamily build.
Key Responsibilities
Rate of Pay: $20/hour
Hours: M-F, Flexible between 18-35 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with quantity takeoffs from drawings and specifications
- Help review plans, specifications, and bid documents for project requirements
- Support estimators in preparing cost estimates and bid proposals
- Request and track subcontractor and supplier quotes
- Assist with scope reviews to ensure all work items are included in the estimate
- Help maintain and update cost databases and historical pricing information
- Assist in preparing bid comparison sheets for subcontractor proposals
- Organize and maintain bid documents and estimate files
- Support the team with document control and addenda tracking during bidding
- Assist with value engineering research and alternative material pricing
- Help compile final bid packages and proposal documents
- Provide general administrative and analytical support to the estimating team
- Learn the construction estimating process and bid lifecycle
- Become familiar with construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
- Develop skills in estimating software and Excel
- Gain understanding of subcontractor trades, materials, and construction methods
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, team reviews, and estimate discussions
