Job Description: Precision Dirtworks is an excavation company that does grading, & site utility work. We are looking for an Accounting/Office Generalist. This position is Monday through Friday (no weekends), work from home but may move into an office setting in the future. Benefits include health, vision, dental insurance, paid holidays after one year, PTO & 401K.
Job Duties:
- General administrative duties include communication with employees, daily time card data entry into job costing software, applying for water & sewer permits, submitting payroll hours to our accountant weekly.
- Responsible for Accounts Payable including reconciliation of monthly vendor statements, uploading vendor invoices into our bill paying software.
- Responsible for Accounts Receivable with preparation of invoices & submitting Pay Applications to General Contractor’s
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Highly motivated with time management & organizational skills. Ability to multi-task
- Experience with Quickbooks
- Experience in Construction industry a plus
