Lead Toddler/Infant Teacher

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant / Toddler Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and a genuine love for nurturing young minds. As a Preschool Teacher, you will create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment where children can thrive and develop essential skills for their future.

Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development in areas such as literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
• Educate children through play-based activities that encourage exploration and creativity.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that supports the emotional, social, and cognitive growth of each child.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a cohesive learning experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
• Incorporate special education strategies as needed to support diverse learners.

Experience
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in preschool settings or childcare environments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with childhood development principles and practices.
• Skills in infant care, toddler care, nannying, or babysitting are advantageous.
• Knowledge of special education techniques is a plus.
• A genuine passion for working with young children and fostering their growth.
