Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the accurate and timely setup and maintenance of business partner and pricing data within company systems.
- Oversee the entry, maintenance, and processing of orders and quotes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead and support a team responsible for master data management, order entry, and customer order administration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document, improve, and implement business processes.
- Approve Product Change Orders (PCOs), maintain pricing information, and participate in new product release activities.
- Ensure timely follow-up on quotes, orders, and product returns.
- Develop training materials, department procedures, and work instructions to support team effectiveness.
- Manage hiring, training, coaching, performance evaluations, and employee development within the department.
- Monitor departmental objectives, maintain ISO compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Education and Experience
- Associate degree in Business or an equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience required.
- Minimum of two years of management experience or an equivalent combination of leadership or project management experience required.
- Experience using Microsoft Office products required.

Salary : $70,000 - $86,000
