PRC Resources is partnering with a highly respected heavy civil contractor known for tackling large-scale, complex earthwork projects in tough terrain.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Run A-to-Z earthwork projects (mass grading, ROW, substation pads)
- Manage crews, equipment, production, and schedules in the field
- Track yardage, production, and job costs
- Handle change orders, materials, and budgets
- Coordinate with PMs, clients, and subs to keep jobs moving
What They’re Looking For:
- 5 years running earthwork / sitework / heavy civil projects
- Proven ability to operate independently in the field
- Strong understanding of production, sequencing, and cost control
- Comfortable leading crews and making real-time decisions
- Bonus: equipment knowledge or prior owner/operator background
The Work:
- Projects ranging from $7M – $70M
- Mass grading (100K CY), ROW, utility work
- Challenging terrain — not cookie-cutter jobs
Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
