LOCATION: Fort Worth Area
CONTEXT: Our client is seeking an Account Executive β Events / Inside Sales professional to grow and manage client relationships for their restroom and luxury event rental services. This role requires a balance of account growth and high-level coordination to ensure successful event execution from start to finish.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospect new customers and convert competitor accounts to expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, focusing on upselling and cross-selling services within current accounts.
- Represent the company at bridal shows, event expos, and trade shows, including booth setup, client engagement, and post-event follow-up.
- Lead the full sales process from initial contact through contract execution, presenting tailored rental solutions and pricing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, service, and pickup for all projects.
- Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets while providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after events.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years of sales experience (3 years of inside/outside sales preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a comfort for face-to-face event environments.
- Experience in rentals, events, construction services, or logistics is a significant plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously and a comfort level with regional travel.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and solutions-oriented with a focus on delivering a premium client experience.
Salary : $40,000 - $100,000
