Desired Qualifications/Knowledge:
- High School diploma/GED
- Prior experience in administrative or operations support role
- Prior experience in a facilities support role preferred
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving office needs
- Detail oriented
- Excellent organizational skills
- Listen actively, acknowledge and respond to feedback
- Demonstrate a continuous learning mindset

- Ability to work an on-site schedule of Monday – Thursday 10 am – 2 pm

Work Environment:
Duties and responsibilities are generally performed in an office setting. Occasional travel to offsite locations to perform work and work-related tasks or to attend meetings may be required.
