Desired Qualifications/Knowledge:
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, or similar degree
- Minimum of one year experience in the architecture or construction industry
- Completion of the CSI CCCA (Certified Construction Contract Administrator) Certification preferred. If the candidate does not have this certification, it would be expected that this would be obtained during the first three years of employment in this position
- Licensure as an Architect in the State of employment preferred
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, standards, building codes, and any other related documents
- Experience with the type of project software used during Construction (e.g., Autodesk, Newforma, and Procore are examples)
- Willingness to work in a team environment to achieve desired results
- Ability to prioritize time and tasks to meet project deadlines
- Demonstrate a continuous learning mindset
- Listen actively, acknowledge and respond to feedback
- Ability to Travel between the Office and Client/Project Sites. Valid Drivers License and access to insured vehicle during business hours

Physical Requirements:

Work Environment:
Duties and responsibilities are generally performed in an office setting and at project sites. Work may be required outside of standard business hours as project needs may require meeting attendance or work be performed in evenings or weekends.
