JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Operations Assistant is a part-time role
supporting the Milwaukee office to ensure smooth functioning of the
office environment. Remote support will be provided to other office
locations for purchasing. Responsibilities (others may be assigned):
COMMUNICATION - Communicate as directed with internal and external team
members on task assignments - Communicate with all PRA departments to
ensure efficient use of resources - Communicate with outside vendors,
building management and other needed parties to meet facilities and
purchasing needs COLLABORATION - Receive and process purchase requests
for all supplies needed for office functioning - Monitor inventory of
standard office and kitchen supplies and complete purchase as needed -
Research purchase options for nonstandard items and obtain budget
approval for ordering - Order architectural stamps for newly licensed
professionals - Review, approve and submit invoices for all purchases
generated - Ensure that public spaces are stocked and equipped with the
necessary supplies and materials - Set up workstations with basic
supplies for new employees - Monitor and maintain cleanliness of the
public spaces during business hours - Organization of office storage
rooms - Provide set up and clean up support for office events -
Coordinate meal orders for special events - Receive requests and
determine need for maintenance and repair - Ensure a functional, safe,
and welcoming office environment by assisting with routine facilities
checks, repairs and improvements Desired Qualifications/Knowledge: -
High School diploma/GED - Prior experience in administrative or
operations support role - Prior experience in a facilities support role
Preferred - Excellent Time Management And Prioritization Skills -
Flexibility to adapt to evolving office needs - Detail oriented -
Excellent organizational skills - Listen actively, acknowledge and
respond to feedback - Demonstrate a continuous learning mindset -
